More flexibility than a tile showroom. Design options include any tile size (12×12, 16×16, 24×24, or custom rectangular), any layout pattern (standard grid, brick offset, diagonal, herringbone), any solid color, and coordinating or contrasting divider strips. High gloss is most popular; satin is also available.
Installation takes two to three days for most residential projects. The concrete is diamond-ground and cleaned, the base coat is applied, divider strips are placed in your chosen pattern, and a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat seals everything. Light foot traffic within 24 hours.

Is it slippery when wet?
We add anti-slip aggregate to the topcoat for bathrooms, pool surrounds, and commercial kitchens as standard practice. It provides solid traction without changing the floor’s appearance.
Can you install over my existing tile?
Sometimes, if existing tile is firmly bonded with no hollow spots. We test for this during the estimate. Added height is also a factor in some rooms.
How do I clean it?
Sweep or dust-mop, then mop with a neutral pH cleaner. No grout scrubbing. Ever.
